Every season
has a story.
We’re a group of guys who like to spend our weekends playing golf together. SGL gives those rounds a shared story: a handicap season running roughly April through November, with events throughout the year building toward the league’s FedEx Cup standings.
Every event has its own winners, while the season standings reward the bigger picture. Winning an event doesn’t necessarily mean winning the league. Everyone has a stake, a chance to compete, and plenty of reasons to cheer on their friends and talk a little smack along the way.
A trip brings it all together toward the end of the season. The league keeps the whole year’s history—weekend rounds, event champions, league champions, and good times—so every season leaves us with a story worth looking back on.
